  1. I'm a little confused about the issues . From the information that I've read and obtained , I have come to the conclusion that the owners and drivers make an enormous amount of money for the work performed.
If you think about it , they just drive , stop and go , make turns
the biggest responsiblity is to lookout for the safety of children.
Needless to say that all the safety lights are mostly automatic.
My relative drove a school bus for children 40 years , had a 3rd grade education.
With the annual cost of millions maybe the county should not contract this but buy their own buses and pay a weekly salary.
    Just a thought.

  3. The county needs to stop screwing around with all of these foolish contractors and contract with a real school bus contractor such as Laidlaw of First Student. Companies like these can do a much better job of bussing students and save the county a bundle.
