Salisbury News has come to learn that a Tow Truck is at the bottom of the water in a loading dock area in a West Ocean City Marina.
There's been conflicting stories so far. One said the brakes went out as they were loading a boat into the Bay, and the other story is that this was a stolen Tow Truck that was purposely dumped into the water.
We'll have pictures shortly and an update on which story is more likely to be true. I should add, divers have been in the water to make sure there is no one in the truck, there is not. More to come.

UPDATE: It turns out the truck is a Coastal Auto Recovery truck out of Delaware. Photos will be available shortly.

For what it's worth, the driver's name is Gordon Smith. I seriously doubt he was under the influence. He's a great guy, and rarely drinks.
