Mary Baker Has Passed Away

Will The Fruitland Police Department File Additional Charges Against The Following?

http://sbynews.blogspot.com/2010/02/fruitland-police-department-press.html

Mary Baker died Tuesday. She was 83 years old.

Her Grandson had gone to visit her and noticed some unusual bleeding and called for an ambulance. Paramedics immediately noticed signs of neglect and brought her to PRMC. Unfortunately Mary passed Tuesday. I have spoken with the Fruitland Police Department and once they get back her autopsy report they'll then decide if additional charges will be filed against those taking, (if you want to call it that) care of her.

I had heard from one witness, "they took better care of their damn animals then they did her." We'll keep you posted Folks. Charges have already been filed against the following individuals living in Mary's home.

Preliminary Hearings:
George Wilbur Baker (husband) 3/18/10 - 8:30 am - room 02
Sherry Lynn Mundy (daughter) 3/18/10 - 8:30 am - room 02
Michelle Lynn Hundley (granddaughter) 3/18/10 - 8:30 am - room 02

  3. I'm sure when she was alive and well she took good care of them.
She did not deserve the treatment she received in return. These people must be sick and mental to allow a love one to suffer like this. God bless her.

  5. I wonder...

do people who treat loved ones this way, do they shed tears now and if so are they for the lost loved one or out of fear of what they are facing on the 18th?

    Fruitland Police...

don't go soft on these people now that this poor woman is deceased.

  6. Oh brother wboc teased on the fox5 newscast that at 6 they will have interviews with family members saying despite what the police dept is saying they did not abuse the family member. did she lay down on that bed not wanting to eat or live? from the looks of the family I won't believe a word that comes out of any of their mouths!

  7. It's extremely sad to think that some of the last memories that this woman has is pain and suffering at the hands of her family. They will answer for their crimes here on earth. Bet she meets them at the gates of heaven to give them a swift kick in the butt all the way to hell. People that do this always seem to forget that someday they will also be old. Rest in peace. At least you are not suffering any more.

  9. A person does NOT get in a permanent fetal position over night!!! This comes from nothing but total neglect, from not turning this poor lady every 2 hours & exercising her limbs. They are SICK, SICK!
I hope & pray justice is served here -----seems our system is throwing out to many cases these days. The people need to put the judges in ------ instead of them being appointed by their "buddies!"

  10. I just realized who this is. She was my Kindergarden assistant teacher in 1976 at Fruitland Primary. Mr Baker was my baseball coach at Fruitland Little Leauge. Their grandson Brian died a few months ago. The grandparents raised him because the mother could not. Mrs Baker was so nice. I hate Mr Baker and if he wasn't so old I would love to go kick his A$$. RIP Mrs Baker.

  12. Im sure they were collecting $$$$$ from the State to take care of her... It amazes me how heartless people can be. Greedy bastards! Their day will come when they will be old & have to depend on someone... Pay backs r a bitch!
