OCPD NARCOTICS DETECTIVES HAVE BUSY WEEKEND























On December 12, 2009, at approximately 6:20 a.m., The Ocean City Police Narcotics Unit and patrol officers served two Search and Seizure Warrants at 207 8th Street, “Jocelyn Manor Apartments”, units 77 and 86.

During the search of unit 86 police located suspected Marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Two persons were taken into custody by the OCPD and charged with Possession of
Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The arrestees were identified as: Ann
Terri Sullivan-Glynis, 47-years-old and Robert Craig Scheeler, 48-years-old; of Ocean City Maryland.

While searching unit #77, OCPD investigators located Marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

A total of five people, including four adults and one juvenile were arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The arrestees have been identified as: Nicholas Steven Douglas, 19-years-old, Jason Mark Hager, 24-years-old, Patrick Michael Simpson, 24-years-old, Ashley Marie Reynolds, 20-years old and a Juvenile, 17-years-old all of Ocean City.

All of the adults were seen by an Ocean City District Court Commissioner and were
released on their own recognizance. The Juvenile was released to an adult guardian.

  1. Ocean City aint no joke. These idiots must be stupid or something. Why anyone would even carry a cigarette in ocean city is beyond me. They are constantly taking off druggies. I see it every day when i drive home.

  2. What a waste of money and time by the police and the courts. It is time for Maryland to decrimialize marijuana. I don't use it...I just think that it is no worst than other things that are legal. So use my tax dollars somewhere else.

    again, if drugs were legalized how many cops judges laywers probation officer would all be out of work. we don't actually want to win the war on drugs. that would be easy to do, we just want to make it look like we are winning! there's alot more money in that!

  7. They raided the homes of people who casually smoke some weed. Im sure there are better things to be doing than busting people for simple marijuana possession in their own homes. There are no distribution charges are there? No. So what harm were they causing anyone? It is disputed that they are even causing harm to their own selves.
