Troopers respond to stabbing on Marine Road

On November 16, 2009
at approx. 2229 hours, Troopers from the Maryland State Police Salisbury Barrack responded to a residence on Marine Road in Salisbury for a domestic dispute. During the course of the investigation, Troopers learned that two subjects in the residence had been stabbed with a screwdriver. One subject was an adult female and the other subject was an adult male subject who came to her aide. All three subjects involved live at the residence together. Both of the stabbing victims were transported to PRMC with non life threatening injuries. Numerous charges are pending against the suspect in the case, Clinton Lee Kelly, 32, of Salisbury.

Troopers Investigate Thefts from Motor Vehicles in Willards.

On November 17, 2009 at 0600 hours Troopers from the Salisbury Barrack of the Maryland State Police responded to Market Street in Willards in reference to thefts from Motor Vehicles. Troopers report that valuables such as electronics, cash and purses were removed from several unlocked vehicles. The investigation is continuing.

I called the State Police @ 0300 hours (3:15 to be exact) to tell them my car allarm was going off and we found wet footprints coming from the grass nextdoor. When they "stopped by" at 3:50 I told them you can still see where he ran off to (towards Market Street) from the wet footprints down my driveway & crossing two streets. "Is anything missing" the trooper asked. "No but we have a history of more than one break in a night when this happens as you know I'm sure" was my reply. "Ok...Well we will take a look around" almost to say they could not do anything if he didn't take anything. The next morning we found that nextdoor and two doors down cars were both broken into. About 24 more calls came in that night.
