cooperation with the Wicomico County Health Department to provide for overtime reimbursement to police officers participating in neighborhood patrols intended to reduce violations of the open container and underage drinking laws

Resolution No. 1823 - reappointments of Charles Dashiell, Jr. and Michael Wigley to the Central City District Commission (CCDC) for terms ending September 2011

Bonds ($3,000,000) – Maryland Water Quality Financing Administration – acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, upgrading, installation, improvement and equipping of a sewage lift station and related force mains and sewer lines and other associated improvements and appurtenances

Resolution No. 1825 - extending the agreement between the City of Salisbury and Wicomico County for one year (until June 30, 2010) for the delivery of fire, rescue, advanced operations and emergency medical services

Resolution No. 1826 – approving an amendment to the Employee Handbook, Section 0402C.3, Health Insurance Upon Retirement
