This is right-wing propaganda. There is a great write up about how these 'producers' found the most idiotic people they could to 'represent' Obama voters.
This is a set up by the radical right-wing extremists and only serves as more political propaganda.
Obama won by 7 million votes, 63 million total votes, and they went out and found 512 of the dumbest people they could to try to de-legitimize the rest of us who voted for the man.
Shameful propaganda from a shameful group of right-wing extremists.
howard stern did an interesting experiment as well where he mixed up the mccain platform and the obama platform and the people dead set on voting for obama still agreed with the republican platform when juxtaposed with obama's name.
This is true and realistic. I wouldn't say these people are stupid, just misinformed because of the liberal media. However I must say that they should be intelligent enough to educate themselves which they haven't done. Great poll.
Anon 2:13, interesting you didn't mention the attorney and Democrat who filed suit for Obama's proof of birth certificate because he thinks Obama was born in Kenya. I wish I could remember his name...
anon 2;13 He was a muslim. He had to be to attend school in Indonesia where he moved after his mother married a muslim. He says he isnt now so I guess we have to believe him. As to being born in Kenya I guess that will be determined soon as there is a hearing in Hawaii today at 10:30 local time, (3:30 P.M. our time) This is one of several court cases on going two of which are in the U.S. Supreme Court.
the same is for the republican party. you could do a very similar survey and ask the NASCAR loving, crab cake chomping folk out there and I am sure you will get similar results.
This just shows the obvious. Just like that in general blacks voted for him because he was black (racist) and because they thought they would get free stuff.
Well I have to say that I think these questions were slightly unfair. All that has been on the news is: "The GOP spending $150,000 on Sarah Palin" and "I can see Russia from my house." Yet the questions they were stumped on were difficult questions about people that you don't hear about everyday. And who would know about Obama getting his opponents kicked off the ballot if you don't live in Illinois? Seems a little unfair to me. I am very knowledgeable about politics, being I am a government major, and I would not have been able to answer some of those questions.
Phil Berg filed the suit. NOt only is he a democrat but he is also the former Attorney General for the State of PA, and he is also the former President of the Pennyslvania State Central Committee and was attorney of record for the DNC for many years. He is not some 'right wing extremist' as you call anyone who questions The Obama's past. The truth of the matter is that you would have to go through a more vigorous background investigation for you to obtain a drivers license in the state of MD than The Obama did to run for Prez.
I dont be knowin nuffin sept he black an dat means he gits my votes!! He gonna referentiate sum junks an eyes gonna gits me sum free stuff. Peace out yo!!
All who voted for bho will be sorry eventually. More likely in the not too distant future. We can answer all those questions and add details omitted because of time constraints. Interesting how Palin is to blame for everything. Most knew more about her than their very own bho.
Anon 923, you don't think that a responsible voter should know who Nancy Pelosi is? Or to know that the Democrats have controlled Congress for the last 2 years? That info is not obscure or unimportant. Bet everyone of these people know who got voted off Survivor or American Idol.
Unfair questions? The journalist used a black female to pick obvious intelligent people for the questions? It ignorant people were quite misinformed and knew who they were going to vote for, but didn't know why.
How can you tell if someone looks intelligent? I've seen rednecks, hicks, poor boys, hoodrats, gang members, kids with pants below their shorts, old people, nerds but until you talk to them, you don't really know what you're dealing with. I've met generals and retired judges who when dressed in regular attire or getting ready to play a round of golf, don't look any smarter than a guy in a business suit. I don't know how they picked the people interviewed for the video, but you can't judge a book by its cover, and it doesn't explain the phone polls that agree with the interviews. It's not an anomoly that the dumbest voters got picked for this poll-these random people just were uninformed or ignorant of the truth.
Joe, I think you should go out onto the street and ask people these questions. Add one question on the end-are you a Democrat, Republican, or other? I'll bet not only that you'll get these results but more of the informed people will not be Democrats.
Who controls the Media
ReplyDeleteWho controls the Money
(Corporate Power Devils who have their own AGENDA).
For some of the Obama voters that I have met; this is so true.

ReplyDeleteDidn't something like 30% of McCain voters believe Obama was a Muslim who was born in Kenya?
ReplyDeleteDidn't nearly half of the voters vote for George Bush not once but twice? They obviously didn't know who he really was!

ReplyDeleteComing to a jury near you, scary.
ReplyDeleteThis is so SAD! It was such a cross section of the US population too. What a joke!

ReplyDeleteAnyone with a camera can get the same results across the board. On both sides of the politicle spectrum.
ReplyDeleteDoesn't matter though becuase a poll tax is no longer allowed in todays society.
