FOB's?
If a retaining wall is owned by the property owner and the property owner removes it, why should YOU the Taxpayer be paying THOUSANDS of dollars to replace?
IF the retaining wall was owned by the City and the property owner removed it, why isn't the property owner paying to replace it instead of YOU?
No matter how you look at this one, the Mayor, Comegys and Smith are screwing you over simply because this property owner allows them to place their Campaign Signs on this property for exposure.
I'm sorry, do YOU rec all why Barrie Tilghman was suing me? It was because I stated that there were FOB's getting favors in the City of Salisbury. Care to explain this one Barrie?
Is that even legal?
ReplyDeletethere was a Gary Comegys sign in that back yard during the last city election.
ReplyDeleteYou have made many assumptions. 1) did the owner remove? Why? 2) did the city remove? Why? 3) is the city replacing or rebuilding? Why? 4)Did the Mayor, Comegys, or smith have anything to do with this at all? Why?
ReplyDeleteThat's the kind of questions that reporters ask.
Comegys sign was in his yard last election and Comegys said point blank, "its grant money so it doesn't matter". Spoken like a true bankrupt, dead beat dad.
ReplyDeleteSo, where in hell does he think "grant money" comes from? It doesn't just appear or grow on trees, dumbo. It's tax money pure and simple!
ReplyDeletecalling gary a dumbo is and insult to elephants
ReplyDeleteit's good to see that the state hires handicapped people like gary. even though it's a mental handicap. he acts like he should have had one of those helmets on as a kid, sure sounds like he's bumped his head often.
The city was handing out citations to alot of residents recently in regards to retaingin walls not being kept up. If the walls' integrity was compromise the residents were told they need to fix them and they had a deadline or else face fines. Some walls are probably not needed anymore and some are probably crucial. The city inspected them and told those that needed to fix them to fix them and those that needed to either to fix or tear down them down to do just that or face fines. A number of residents have been working on their retaining walls at there cost, not the taxpayers. Make sure you get the facts before printing something next time.
