Question of the Day, Sat 6/21

What's the best advice you have ever gotten?

Who gave you this advice? Did you use their advice or did you have to learn the hard way?

  3. When I joined the Navy my dad didnt really say much. 9 months later before heading out to boot camp he came into my room and said "I am going to tell you one thing. You are going to meet some great guys and some real idiots. Stay away from the idiots" With that he walked out. Never have truer words been spoken and I sure have met them both in the last 28 years!
