2) Female Juvenile, 13yoa, Fruitland, MD

On 06/24/08, officers responded to a Morris St residence in reference to a burglary in progress. Upon arrival, officers observed subjects fleeing from the residence. Two juveniles were apprehended. Further investigation resulted in the following charges:

Burglary – 4th degree
Attempt Theft
MDOP

Disposition: Released to Department of Juvenile Services
