The fatal accident that happened in Hebron several months ago involving a Hebron Firefighter will be heard this coming Monday by a Grand Jury.
I was told today that the vehicle seen above was finally replaced yesterday with a new vehicle.
I was also told the Firefighter who was in the vehicle above has some very serious injuries. Information referencing this case may not be available till Tuesday morning as the Grand Jury is just loaded with cases.
An excusable accident.Very sad.
ReplyDeleteIt was a terrible, unfortunate set of circumstances. This goes without saying. The young man in the Fire department has suffered tremendously....and he has to live with it. The family of the deceased are suffering as well, and are probably trying to make sense of it all. But excusable? I don't think so. Just remember, when you post your opinion, be prepared to hear that of others on the matter......and remember - don't start none, there won't be none.
ReplyDeleteThe Lord works his own justice, lets pray the best happens for everyone, that the family can heal (the best they can) and the fireman can make the best of his life. In addition, lets hope lessons were learned, and this never happens again.
ReplyDeleteWell said.
ReplyDeleteGetting to a fire quickly is important but not worth letting down your sense of safe driving resulting in killing someone.
ReplyDeleteThis is not an excusable accident. The man driving that vehicle had no business driving to the call. He was not qualified and not needed. Very UNEXCUSABLE!!!
ReplyDeleteGod Bless the deceased and her family. I hope the Hebron Fire Department is held responsible.
The lady was evidently a nice person but not an important citizen like an elected official or an CEO of a large company. I hope the fire company does not have to pay out too much money to jeapardize the buying of new fire engines and providing community service.
