Fire Truck Runs Red Light & Kills 3 People
It took less than 4 days to get the results of a fatal accident involving a piece of Fire Apparatus in Baltimore City. How long has it been here?? Maybe we need to call the Baltimore City Police Department to investigate the Hebron accident.
Word has it the Hebron Accident will find fault on BOTH drivers. Talk about ass kissin politics!
GO HERE for the official Baltimore Sun Article.

BETHANY LUTHERAN HAS BETTER GROUNDS THAN THE CITY MIGHT THINK!
If you'll kindly go to THIS SITE you'll clearly see the City of Salisbury is overstepping their legal rights. I spoke with Bill Holland this morning and he informed me that he had sent them numerous letters and spoke with them and they simply refused to respond.
Mr. Holland, you may want to follow this link and read this information for yourself. My guess is that Wilber is enjoying ANY challenge as his Firm gets paid one way or the other. This is going to get quite interesting!

Art Webster Update
While trying a case in Court Monday, Mr. Webster was able to successfully try a case that resulted in a Not Guilty decision by the Judge. Once the Judge ruled on the case he was handed an fax telling him that Art Webster has been disbarred and asked Mr. Webster to come read what had just been handed to him.
It turns out, back in November Art was handling a Bankruptcy Case for a client in which they wrote him a check for, $3,630.00, $3,000.00 of which was attorney fees and the rest was court costs. Rather than placing ALL of the money into an escrow account, Mr. Webster put it into his operating account.
Mr. Webster admits he knows that was wrong and stated that he should have known better but being a one man show, he simply screwed up and placed it into the wrong account.
The law states that if you do so, it's grounds for immediate disbarment and that's exactly how the Appeals Court ruled. It's not as if he cheated his Client. He didn't steal from the Client and he didn't lie to his Client. They simply were not pleased with the end results of the Bankruptcy and I'm told the Courts believed he did a fine job handling the actual case. He simply did not handle the funds properly and he's out.
Anyone else make any other statement about what happened other than what I am stating here would be lying. What you are getting from me is a direct conversation with Art Webster and like a MAN he has admitted he did wrong but is very surprised at the end result. Nonetheless, he's taking it like a man and will firmly admit he did wrong.
Boy could I tell you other stories about local attorneys who I now know would be disbarred if the proper authorities learned of their practices. I'll hold onto that until I need it though. LOL

Salisbury Dive Team Keepin It Real
While many are indoors keeping warm, the Salisbury Dive Team is out practicing drills in the River by the Picnic Island. Dave Insley and 4 other Divers were testing the water and Dry Suits training two new Divers in 42 degree water!
I showed these photos to my Wife, (a former Dive Team Member) and she couldn't get over how nice the new equipment is and the message these fine gentlemen sent me home with. My experience today with these gentlemen clearly showed there are only a select few Fire Fighters who dislike me and many more who understand and respect where I've been coming from lately.
That being said, thank you gentlemen for doing what you do and showing mutual respect for both my Wife and me. I'm personally pleased to see you have what is necessary to go out there and do what it takes to save lives, recover bodies, find critical evidence for the Police and not just saying, you know what, it's too cold out there today, let's make it another day.
I also learned that there are currently around 20 active members on the Dive Team. There are more, (around 40) but only about 20 of them are Divers. Better you than me guys! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from the Albero Family.
Congressional Candidate John Leo Walter Withdraws And Endorses Andy Harris
Congressional Candidate John Leo Walter Endorses Andy Harris
Endorsement unites conservatives behind single candidate
Annapolis - Today, first congressional district candidate John Leo Walter announced his withdraw from the race and endorsement of State Senator Andy Harris in his campaign to unseat Wayne Gilchrest.
John had been traveling the district spreading his conservative message to people throughout the district for the last several months. At his announcement today, John said "Andy Harris embodies the Eastern Shore values that we all hold dear. He embodies the Reagan principles of clarity, conviction and conservative values that we all so desperately desire of our Representative. Andy Harris is strong on defense - committed to lower taxes - and determined to end illegal immigration."
"I am humbled to receive John's endorsement," said Andy Harris. "I have a great deal of respect for John's decision to stand up for his principles by removing his name from the ballot."
Governor Robert L. Ehrlich said, "John represents the future of the Republican Party in Maryland. He is steadfast in his convictions and conservative on the issues. The Republican Party needs a solid farm team to be successful in the future and John is one of the brightest members of that team."
"John's decision will unite the conservative voters behind a single candidate, Andy Harris," said Chris Meekins, Campaign Manager for Andy Harris for Congress.
John Leo Walter joins a long list of endorsements Andy Harris has received that includes: former Republican Governor Robert L. Ehrlich, 7 of the 8 State Senators who represent parts of the district, and numerous other local elected officials from all levels of government.

Attorney Art Webster Disbarred Monday
Local Attorney, Art Webster was disbarred by the Court of Appeals this past Monday. Chris Llinus was also disbarred a little more than a year ago. They aren't the first, and they won't be the last.
I guess the real question is, why they cross the line in the first place? You would think having spent most of their careers seeing the results of poor choices made by their clients would be enough to keep them on the straight and narrow. Nope! I guess when you spend the majority of your day being paid to lie and win, you just might start believing your invincible.
While I know of plenty of wonderful, giving, honest attorneys that strive to make a difference in their own small segment of the world, I also know their alter egos. They will lie and cheat their clients out of money and still manage to sleep soundly at night. Not returning their clients phone calls, making up bills depending on which way the wind happens to be blowing that day, spending about 5 minutes on a case just prior to walking into the courtroom, and getting involved with your clients makes you one of the bad guys. Those attorneys, and they know who they are, are the reason so many of the rest of the population hate all attorneys.
So do yourself a big favor. Instead of covering up for those bad apples in your field of work. How about putting pressure on them to clean up their acts? You would think that Associations like the Barr Association would rather weed out the bad apples to improve their overall reputations rather then allowing things to come to a boil before doing anything. I know Art isn't the only local attorney that could use a reprimand.

Shanie Chokes On A Piece Of Candy Monday Night
Council Woman Shanie Shields started choking on a piece of candy last Monday night like it was a skit from a Saturday Night Live Momma Cass scene.
Shanie was able on her own to cough up the pesky chunk of candy lodged in her throat while Chiefy See sat in the audience thinking to himself, self, how am I going to reach around and do the Hymlick Maneuver on this woman?
My advice, chew and then swallow. It will get where you want it to be eventually. Spitting it out of your mouth on Live TV, not cool.
Slow Start
Good Morning Everyone.
I'm going to have a slow start this morning because I have to go into Court as a witness to a case in which I really don't want to be a part of.
A little more than a year ago, I was at the wrong place at the wrong time when a Salisbury Police Officer attempted to arrest a homeless gentleman and felt he was resisting. I probably cannot be an expert witness to that point but I can say the guy certainly wasn't resisting to a point in which this new Officer claimed to be and called for backup like the world was coming to an end.
The bottom line is, the Officer was 1/2 this guys size and when he felt his strength, he knew he was in deep sh*t IF this guy had fought back or resisted. Anyhow, this has me in a jam. I have to do what is right and tell the truth. I'm just hoping this go around I don't have to actually get up on the stand.
When the Officer attempted to handcuff this gentleman, he repeatedly asked, why are you arresting me, what did I do? The Officer refused to answer the man's question. Even after several other Officers arrived, they started asking the Officer why he was arresting him and he refused to respond, Finally after quite some time passed by, one Officer became a bit more aggressive and asked again, what did he do wrong? The Officer finally answered and said, "He spit on the ground."
I'll learn more about this today but from what I heard yesterday, this guy has been in jail for more than a year waiting to go to trial. Yes, for allegedly spitting on the ground. So I'm not looking forward to doing my duty this morning as I would truly like to stand up for the SPD and support them 100%, honestly. However, in this particular case, I disagree with the arrest and charges.
The truth is the truth and in this case, justice is not being served. At least the man has had a warm bed, medical attention and three meals a day?
