My Personal Gratitude

The other day I put up a Post asking for help for the family that experienced a total loss in a fire in their home in Delmar.

I have to tell you, the outreach by the visitors of this Blog was simply unbelievable. I spoke with their representative Jim Brown and with 24 hours the Family had EVERYTHING they had asked for.

As a matter of fact, FOUR local Furniture Stores got together and offered to completely refurnish the home, FREE OF CHARGE. I have asked Jim to please let me know who they are so I can throw them a free ad here and let everyone know just how giving these companies have been.

The Family is still searching for a 4 bedroom home in the Delmar area. Some people came forward to me personally and made offers but their properties were not in the immediate area so they could get their children off to School.

So for what it's worth Ladies & Gentlemen, THANK YOU! I should have posted this earlier but I've been quite busy. If anyone else would like to continue helping this Family, please contact Jim Brown at, jimbrown1951@gmail.com . Happy Holidays!

I bet the only books you read are the ones that have BIG pictures and LITTLE words. I'll send a package of "See Spot Run" and "Hooked on Phonics" books to the fire department for you.

Let's see--he posted the needs list on his site, got it out to people that may not have known.. Even thought WBOC reported on the news about the fire, they didn't say what they needed. Also, what Joe does privately is his business.
