The sad part is that it only looks good at night. The harsh light of day shows its age and the poor upkeep. A coat of sensible paint and a cleaning never hurt anything.
Well, there is that, and the lights. I am sure there could be a smart, forward-thinking action the city cold take to approach cutting the city-wide electric costs AND move Salisbury into a "greener" direction, but I fear that will not happen in my lifetime.
The first step would be to convince most of the people around here that the Earth is actually round.

Those pictures look awesome the first two remind me of a "Solar Flare," also known as sun spots. Huge explosions.
