Criminal complaint outlining homicide charges against Kyle Rittenhouse appears to read like he acted in self-defense

'When Rosenbaum advanced, the defendant did a "juke" move and started running ... the defendant was trying to evade these individuals'

The criminal complaint against 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse alleging he fatally shot two people and wounded a third on the heels of rioting in Kenosha, Wisconsin, earlier this week appears to read as though he acted in self-defense.

Rittenhouse was charged with one count of first-degree reckless homicide for allegedly shooting dead Joseph Rosenbaum, which carries a 60-year maximum prison term; one count of first-degree intentional homicide for allegedly shooting dead Anthony Huber, which carries a life sentence; and one count of attempted first-degree intentional homicide for shooting and injuring Gaige Grosskreutz, which carries a 60-year maximum prison term.

  1. He is innocent of any charges.

He should get the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

  2. Rosenbaum is Jewish.
This may be charged as a hate crime.
The ADL is more powerful than BLM
And Caucasians don’t have any defendants

  3. All the video evidence suggests he was attacked, shot at by Antifa arsonists and terrorists for putting out a fire they had just set.
He was fleeing after the first assault where he was shot at and returned fire when he was attacked again by three armed men, kicked and beaten with a skateboard and nearly murdered with a pistol at point blank range while he was on the ground when he dispatched his would be killers.
His would be killers were criminals with records of violent crime.

  4. The gun is good so it’s hard to see how PC was found to charge him and issue a no bond for a juvenile even if charged as adult. Reckless endangerment maybe because he brought a rifle to a riot with intent to protect life and property but he was definitely in fear for his life during the shooting and he retreated. Why the detective wrote “ AR 15 like” and not whatever is directly written on the side of the weapon is suspicious. Why the det didn’t sample the fluid inside of the bag “ urine or acid” is also suspicious. Det just write the facts not fluff pieces or opinions that is for the lawyers. Just the facts and keep it simple everything else is just noise. Also if their wasn’t video evidence of the other shooter the court would not know much about it because the detective didn’t provide much on him. Suspicious. Either way it’s white people shooting white people over an accused black rapist who was shot while fighting with the police. Senseless

  5. 6:47 PM - Rosenbaum is a German surname meaning "rose tree". Many of those bearing the name have Jewish heritage, but the name isn't exclusive to them.
How would Rittenhouse know his heritage?
The only hate crimes here belong to the dead and wounded.

  6. Not the choir boy as he’s been painted to be with videos circulating of him repeatedly punching an underaged girl unprovoked and a lengthy juvie record, high school drop out. But sure, keep the narrative of self defense. Kid went looking for trouble and got it. Now he’ll be somebody’s wife for a pack of smokes.

  7. All you have to do is play the video. You will see he did just that.

  8. @9:03 Don't care if he stomped puppies, burned crosses, or anything else, the vote is not guilty. Additionally, not a soul in prison would touch him but his own. The Brand will see to it.
