    NO...I actually disagree. All that does is prove to the local government that WE SURRENDER. I mean NO harm to the business owners. I truly support small business, but you can candy coat it anyway you want, but Advancing in the OTHER direction is the definition of SURRENDERING! All OC officials care about is tax dollars, and re-election!
