WCSAO: Discussion Concerning A Possible Suspect In Salisbury University Graffitti/Hate Crime Investigation

50 comments:

  1. OK, so Ed Lashley it's up to you to do the charging according to this memo, so get with it already and charge the person responsible for the graffiti. OR could it be this is a person of color and no there will be no charges?

  2. You can bet your a$$ that the "suspect" is not white. If they were, their name and picture would be all over the news non-stop. Sounds like the opposite of white privilege to me

    1. Or it's someone of status or connections

  3. So as I read this it makes me assume it is going to a Grand Jury??

  4. Is this type of letter done in every case, no it isn't. There is something missing, bad investigation, dispute between the attorney office and university police or an incompetent states attorney office. Take your pick. I got the solution, some days off to reflect, new president looks like a deer in the headlights. No clue.

  5. They're trying to figure out how NOT to reveal that the person responsible isn't white...

  6. He needs to be charged with vandalism, trespassing and a hate crime by attempting to incite a race war on the SU campus. The suspect is a black male. I am offended that as a white male I have been labeled a racist by the mayor and the president of the university. This man is Jesse Smollett on a smaller scale, trying to insinuate racism where does not exist.

  7. Michael Phelps would be proud that's an amazing back stroke Now if Tyrone was Tony you would be talking a whole different ball game. Just more black privilege.

  10. Lashley? Integrity? Lol

  11. Lashley is a lazy person. He has done nothing to help the security of SU. He has altered several cases to eliminate negative publicity for SU and lower the actual crimes for recruiting purposes. Lashley covers up more crime than he charges. How many crimes has Lashley ever charged and taken to court? That will tell you a lot about him.

    1. Ed Lashley is the most racist person I have ever met. Hands down. Without question. He is also the biggest fraud in the history of law enforcement. The last incident was found to be committed by an African American. Lashley swept it under the rug. Made it “go away”. Now, again, another African American has committed a crime and white students and citizens have been blamed. Lashley will make this disappear as well. Funny thing is, it works both ways. If a white person is ever stupid enough to do something like this in Wicomico County, the cannot be charged. They have set a precedent that they will not charge anyone with a crime for doing this type of action. If they do charge a white person, they will be sued. There is plenty of documentation of these acts and the decision to not charge them. They would only charge them because they were white. You have to treat everyone the same and everyone fairly. The problem is, Ed Lashley knows nothing about treating people fairly and he knows nothing about integrity.

  15. Public humiliation. Put them on corner w a sign saying ??? Something about the crime they had caused.

  16. Ed Lashley is a loser who was only hired because he is black, not because he is qualified to be a police chief.

  17. The contents of the writings meet the criteria for a “Hate Crime” in the State of Maryland. Jaime should already know this.
The act it self is MDOP. Jaime should already know this.
    Disorderly conduct, incitement.
I’m sure they can come up with a few more like they usually do.

  18. Salisbury University should go back to being a security force instead of a police department. That is where all the wannabe police go because they can't handle being a police officer in the ghetto armpit of Salisbury like the Maryland State Police and the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office.

    1. Ed Lashley wouldn’t make a pimple on a real Trooper, Deputy or Officer’s azz. He is the poster child for affirmative action. The hilarious part is, he actually believes he deserved anything he has ever received. He is too stupid and vain to see the facts. The late great Ernest Leatherbury Sr. (God rest his soul) took care of Lashley his entire career. Lashley is so dumb he couldn’t spell cat if you spotted him the C and the T.

I agree. And who do they police? Know-nothing college students who wouldn't know police protocol if it threw cuffs on them. SUPD has its' own serfdom.

  21. If there are no charges I swear I'm going to SU and spray painting "Crackers go home" on the wall in front of as many witnesses as possible.

  22. The development of a suspect, and the fact, I bet, the suspect isn't white, has made the mayor's video rant on the incident look at best juvenile. I wonder if the state's attorney's office has had conversations with the mayor about the possible direction this case will take? If yes, why? Every day that passes with no charges being lodged against the suspect increases the stench of politics at play in the decision. It gives the appearance that the state's attorney's office is waiting for news cycles to roll through so that the public's interest in this story wanes. Instead of Salisbury's council passing ordinances that pander to a miniscule percentage of the population, they should consider passing a local law that makes it a crime for a minority to commit an act that would be considered a hate crime had a white been the person responsible for the act. These hoaxes of racist acts perpetrated by blacks are becoming all too common, especially on college campuses where, it seems, blacks are constantly reminded by the many liberal colleges and universities that they remain oppressed victims of white privilege.

  23. Lashley must be removed for the safety of students

    ReplyDelete
  24. One need only ask themself how would the state's attorney's office be handling this if the suspect was white and the local chapter of the NAACP was making noise? The fact that the NAACP is quiet strongly suggests they know what the situation is and they will remain as quiet as a church mouse.

  25. If this was a white person it would be all over the news.but because he is black let’s not say anything Wicomico county should be ashamed of them selves

BINGO!! They refuse to provide mutual aid with real police agencies so they are nothing but a waste of tax dollars. What a waste of training. Get back on your bicycles and patrol the campus just like the old days.

  32. This person has to be way more than a "possible suspect"... as clearly every agency has since stopped investigating this "heinous crime against humanity"

    ReplyDelete
  33. You most certainly can "legally and ethically" divulge information of a suspect. It's done in virtually every other crime investigation...especially when it suits your agenda.

  34. All I can say is BS to ALL law enforcement and states attorneys office. It's so bad with this reverse racism displayed by Jake Day and SU president that after contacting Andy Harris' office I have gotten NO response as to why ALL parties involved haven't been reprimanded and the perpetrator been formally charged. You can't go anywhere on SU property where you're not on 📷😉😂 it's going on second week since contacting Andy Harris
