A Very Nervous Salisbury Police Chief Duncan Contradicts Herself Numerous Times On SPD Investigation

104 comments:

  1. Because so many people are watching the video from the SPD Website and their server can't handle it we chose to upload it directly here so you can actually see it in its entirety. Talk about a load of bullsh!t. Why didn't the reporters ask, if there's TWO investigations going on, what law enforcement agency is investigation which case? Know that SBYNews was NOT invited to the press conference. Gee, I wonder why? And for Jakes cronies, how is it SBYNews is being called fake news when we not only broke the original story being covered up and then delivered the factual documents to prove the charges. I can't believe these young millennial liberal idiots who just spew out the fake news crap and other children believe it. Talk about stupid kids. If it wasn't for SBYNews NONE of you would've known this was even happening.

    1. Because they won't be charged due to their race. They are afraid of the outrage from the black community if they are charged with a hate crime, as they should be. But those laws are unequally applied to other races (mainly caucasians) for fear of riots and protests.

  16. Joe, I know you have a lot of detectives as followers but considered this. Maybe no information has been given out because cases are actively being investigated. Maybe every case isn't a slam dunk. I am sure you understand that everyone is entitled to due process, even cops and everyone else. I would think if any investigation is worth doing, it must be done right. Just my two cents. Have some patience people. Everything is not a conspiracy.

    1. How is a memorandum of this caliber on 3 officers, that has been in existence since 2012 not a huge issue and possible conspiracy? And the unique timing of it coming out at the same time as the evidence issue from 1997 to date, however that’s just coincidence? Why wasn’t the chief asked by the media if she was aware of this memorandum? If she had ever seen it before or made aware of its existence before (prior to last week).

    2. BC the media that was there were jokes. Can't even ask a decent educated question. "Ummmm yea why did ummmm" Journalism at its finest 🤦🏼‍♀️

    3. Absolutely a conspiracy. And we can guarantee that through the years everyone heard rumors of this conspiracy which in turn would mean if they didnt submit this rumor up for investigation by default they are now part of the conspiracy as well.

Based on conspiracy guidelines the entire police force and quite possibly any other police agency or office familiar with the rumors would also be held liable and charged under conspiracy as well.

This should rattle every office in Salisbury. It is an absolute fact that after all these years nearly everyone with any need to know knowledge via the good ole boy system in Salisbury is guilty of conspiracy for this crime.

Do not let these people get away with it. Charge them all with conspiracy just like the would any other corrupt organization. They have all conspired plain and simple.

They should be brought to justice and sent to jail immediately no bail!

  19. It already is a conspiracy.

In criminal law, a conspiracy is an agreement between two or more persons to commit a crime at some time in the future. Criminal law in some countries or for some conspiracies may require that at least one overt act be undertaken in furtherance of that agreement, to constitute an offense. There is no limit on the number participating in the conspiracy

    1. Absolutely. Sounds like several people agreed to cover up crimes and the public probably knows very little of it. People of normal intelligence who moved here from elsewhere can tell there is something strange about Salisbury. There appears to be a handful of families with enormous power and influence. It is not an open community.

  20. 7:26, I firmly agree with you. However, Jamie Dykes tried to cover this up and the public has every right to know. Remember, the first release only mentioned a civilian and it was made clear no one else was involved. Bullsh!t! They knew and at 6 PM on a Friday they electronically filed the documents trying to cover it up. I am not the bad guy here. What we have delivered is factual and documented in their own paperwork in which I delivered. No different from the Library trying to cover up Drag Queen readings and they too denied it. I proved it to be true. No different from the AZA removing the Zoo's accreditation and the director being terminated. The City covered up the AZA portion in which the public should be made well aware of. It is SBYNews breaking all the biggest stories yet I'm pointed out as the bad guy. Look at Duncan again. She's scared to death because she's desperately trying to think first and then answer questions. In the beginning the reporter had to ask her the same question five times and she still didn't get it. That's what happens when you lie.

  61. When and if they are charged with a criminal offense it will then be made public. Under law you can not divulge the names if it is a personnel matter only. Just being called before a Grand Jury does not mean you are a suspect. Wicomico County has a history of indicting a ham sandwich if it is the target. With that said I think this is a fact finding tool being used. It also covers Dykes and investigators. Now they can say a GJ indicted and they just did their job. In their minds it keeps the inference of biased work if the citizens of this county do the charging. This will be interesting when they all invoke the 5th. The problem with that is your butt is going to be indicted. If I was in their shoes I would go across the bridge these local attorneys just dont have the balls to do the right thing. Where is the F.O.P. in all of this. No one word in support or condemning these officers. The F.O.P. has become a social club at best. Wishing all involved get what ever side of justice they belong. An investigator should have been brought in right away that does not have a dog in the race. Look at at Baltimore they have convicted and fired officers that a judge said were innocent. -

Get this. Not only does the Fire Clowns waste diesel fuel and put excessive miles on large fire apparatus the replace them every 10 years. The Standard was to trade a fire truck in every 20 years because of low miles on the truck and low hours on the pump. Now they only have low hours on the fire pump because fires are rare and go down every year.

What is the purpose of trading in the fire truck every 10 years? Nothing, they just want a new fire truck to go with their new fire stations. Guess what happens to those fire trucks that are 10 years old? Another fire company buys them and they are tickled to death because they bought a "like new" fire truck. If these "like new" fire trucks are good enough for other fire companies then why aren't they good enough for the members of the Salisbury Fire Department?
