    At least 3,000 per person, per offense
    All in legal and court fees for the state and county coffers all in the name of safety!

    Absolutely nothing to do with "revenue enhancement". Everything to do with idiots who choose to consume too many alcoholic beverages and then choose to operate a vehicle. Perhaps if you have the misfortune of being hit by one then you will change your worn out tune.
