    2. It’s cause their too busy figuring out where their evidence is. Allegedly this (evidence issues) also happened with a female Officer many years back, under Chief Dykes

Now readers of this blog we all have been told there is no #1 crime in Salisbury Jake says so, we can't survive a week without it being broken thanks to Joe and this blog otherwise it would be hidden and never appear on the stats. BELIEVE PEOPLE BELIEVE DON'T BUY OUR MAYORS SLANT ON EVERYTHING.

    You two, or the same lost person, should look at a map. Then maybe you can see exactly where Richmond Ave lies INSIDE the city of Salisbury.

  9. When the 13 percent is almost 50 percent in the city ... the city will fail just a matter of time... law abiding citizens will move out as crime increases business will close and move
