I didn't know this young man but what I have read he was a really great person. It would have been an honor to be his friend. My sincere condolences to the family. From a former Fruitland citizen.
Cops should have no issues getting anything covered medically. This guy dealt with the crap we don't see or handle on a daily basis. Best wishes to the family
