Just a quick question.. How did they bypass everyone and construct the chicken reservoir in the Porter Mill area when everyone opposed it??? I guess the planning/zoning dep't can do what they please... I thought Culver opposed it.
Non-elected govt.bureaucrats that don't have to answer to anyone are making regulations that the rest of us have to abide by. I'm not a lawyer but it seems to me that could be beat in court.I hate government employees that think they are all powerful and can do what ever they want.
No payoffs and no hush money. Some of you people are the biggest idiots on the earth. There should be a basic test to weed out stupidity like this before our elections.

Maybe you should become a lawyer before you make stupid comments like this.
If zoning is agriculture then why is it storing commercial waste? I don't see what everyone doesn't understand about this. Once a product leaves the farm to a corporation for processing that waste from the corporate processing is no longer agriculture waste it is COMMERCIAL WASTE!! The amount of money Perdue pays these farmers to spread this crap should be enough to raise questions. Why cant they get rid of it?
The waste also has not had enough scientific research done on it nor is the handling and agricultural use regulated. What is it going to do to the ground water? What do all of the insects carry after landing on it? Are the Burns' ready to handle a large spill if god forbid that happens? And we all know the Burns' do what they please anyway they spread the crap so thick on their fields you can see it sitting on top when its supposed to be at least 3-5 inches in the ground.
BIFF you sir are a $$ loving whore who couldn't care less about his community.. January 2, 2020 at 1:31 PM
He must be a friend of Jakes because all his real estate buddies are also money grubbing whores that don't care about the community either , or we wouldnt have a 70+% rental rate.
The area where this waste product is injected into the ground will eventually start changing to ammonia contamination in surrounding well waters. Planning and Zoning will meet behind closed doors to come up with a story that says they couldn't have done anything about it. Biff or another Biff puts up another tank and we start all over again. What a waste. By the way, who put up the other tank in Wicomico County and what has happened with it? Does anyone really care? No. After all we're an Agriculture county and should just learn to eat and drink crap. Well done county government.
Doing it all over the county by foreign owned companies dropping home values and ruining quality of life for those living nearby... once again local leaders selling out the citizens
Naive to think that just because someone opposes something, that it can't be done. What was done was legal and approved. Get over it snowflake. Obviously not "everyone" opposed it.
Of course they can do as they please, when will you stupid slaves ever get that????

Has nothing to do with slavery. I don't support the tank but it was perfectly legal.

What's the latest on Mrs. Burns medicare fraud case?
ReplyDelete2:43, you are absolutely right. It is commercial waste, not agricultural.

ReplyDeleteBiff needs to go to jail with his wife for Medicare fraud. He knew what was going on but hey, it meant $$$$$ for them. Good enough!
ReplyDeleteThere's no bypassing anyone, agricultural storage tanks are permitted use.
ReplyDeleteEnvironmentalists are non existent when donations come into play.
