  2. Certainly also looks to me that there definitely is a rash of crime in the City of Salisbury, unlike what Jake the Snake tries to lead people to believe.

  3. If a call for service begins as an assault but then is determined to be an aggregated assault with a weapon it will later be reflected as such. A call for service doesn't always mean that is the worst offense that occurred upon investigation. The likely cause is that the crime reports data is automated and not updated.

    1. By UCR standards, the call for service must be recorded as the most serious offense. However when you have an administration that recodes as lesser crimes that is not the case. They also don’t take reports for every crime like they used to, they make a blotter entry and give you a worthless case number and don’t report to ucr...which is why they no longer list all their calls for service.
