A Message From County Executive Bob Culver

This amount of snow really caught us by surprise but I wanted to let every one know that we have three salt trucks out checking bridges and shaded areas. Please be aware and careful should you approach a truck. They will be out until at least 5:30 PM and maybe longer depending of what the weather is at that time. If you encounter any bad spots, please give us a call. Thank you.

  6. Should have not caught anyone by surprise. The news has only been talking about this weather for a week now. Apparently Wicomico County isn't listening.

  8. Northwest Woodsman: Sorry 8:39 but they would not show up two days in a row. That would amount to work and they have no interest in any such activity. Free money is a different situation. Besides, do you think any of them have an alarm clock that could wake them in time to report for work?
