Eighth-grader’s family complained of bullying days before fatal assault, legal claim states

On a Friday in mid-September, Diego Stolz’s adult cousin accompanied him to a meeting with the assistant principal at Landmark Middle School in Moreno Valley.

The eighth-grader had been repeatedly targeted by bullies. The day before, one of them had punched him in the chest and threatened that more violence was coming.

Stolz was scared.

The assistant principal, Kamilah O’Connor, assured him that the bullies would be suspended for three days, starting Monday, and told him he could miss the remainder of the school day.

But when the 13-year-old returned to classes after the weekend, the boys were still there.

  1. No transparency by the school system. No proper dealing with bullying. Yet when students take it into their own hands to deal with bullies, they get blamed. I am blaming the bullies and the school. Not that it will help their child, but I hope that they successfully sue that school and the staff into insolvency. There must be accountability.

  3. Bring back reform schools bootcamp strap across the arse, whatever it takes to correct this massive problem. All perpetuated and dictated by luciferian/marxist based federal mandates and insane policies that hinder education of the masses. For those unwilling to sacrifice the 1 or 2 bad apples that need to be weeded from the bunch to correct the situation. We worry about hurting people's feelings. these parents need to be held accountable and their children need to learn responsibility and consequences of violent or and unsocialable behavior.
    How do you fix it?

SCHOOL VOUCHERS!! NOW We already have the buildings available for a new era of reform schools. The current public school system!! So we either Get the good ones out or remove the bad elements its obvious both cannot co exsist.

    1. I read where north carolina home schooling has increased by 12 percent in 4 years. They get it. If you love your children, home school and private schools are your only options

  4. Who remove God from schools? who closed down reform schools? Who Remove the pledge of allegiance? Who removed a moment of silence? Who perpetuated single family units, Generations of fatherless children? Who stiffles moral and golden rule values? Who promtes luciferian ideals?Who dictated common core? Why does it matter about bathrooms? Why in the fifties kids could bring guns to school and not slaughter each other?

why are we reaping what we have sown?
