Yea..I wonder how many of these were really DUI and how many of these people had their civil rights violated. It's a kiss ass contest with MSP to see how many DUI busts they can track up. Whether the people deserved it is immaterial. And yes, I am talking from experience. It cost me $4000. to beat an unjust arrest. BTW, I passed the breathalyzer and was still arrested. My lawyer said this happen all the time.
It's great these are put out there but I also wish the #1 crimes were posted, rapes, murders, and forced entry break-ins. But then the SPD should really be doing that but we know Barbara Duncan would not allow it.
