  3. Hopefully Mr King will do it when people are off WORK.

Typical Jake move, make the useless look pretty. Pretend you are making an effort. Hold a REAL meeting after 5. Hold a REAL town hall. Such a fake.

  4. Salisbury Marina & Subsidized housing project Maryland's - Baltimore East! Featuring free gang housing and ammo for those who signup in advance!

  5. I wonder how the other businesses feel in Salisbury when only certain ones get free advertising from the Mayor.

  6. He acts like Salisbury taxpayers have a say into what happens in the City. I saw an article on national news all the great recreation of Salisbury with new restaurants, apartments, etc at the waterfront across from the Ghetto. Even public Access to the waterfront. It included Contractors who will be performing the job etc. Did anyone ask the Salisbury taxpayers what they thought of this big project. Did anyone ask the poor people in the Section 8 housing where they wanted to move to. Mayor Day did a big interview. Anyone else see it?

  7. Day doesn't listen to reason let alone ideas, walk the streets especially right in the core of the city, we'll tell you what we think. He doesn't answer e-mails, texts or calls should be interesting.

  8. Jake Day is going to make a Republican out of me yet!

  10. 11:53 AM IMO they are skewing the population of that place.

On the plans I saw they have 5 people listed for a 1 bedroom and 1 person listed for 2 bedrooms. Minimizing the population since there are more 2 bedrooms than 1.

More fake luxury apts with high price tags. I wonder where all these rich people are going to come from to fill all these luxury apts.

Wasn't Marley Manor non section 8 in the beginning and now caved to housing section 8 since they can't keep the place filled?

    1. Just look at Reniner's failure - Rowen's Mill. Can't sell them. Section 8 on it's way soon.

    1. How many people voted for Obama twice just blows my mind. The first day I saw him and heard his voice I knew we were in trouble. I never listened to another word or media news about him. There was just a gut reaction that I didn't like not trusted him. Never get those 8 years back.

  13. People Jake Day gave in to all the local contractor and landlords in the area. Just about ALL of Rinnier rentals(except for his college rentals)are section 8 now and yes they can't keep them filled. Take a ride through oak hill apartments and see just how slummed out they've become. People your city WILL be a twin to Baltimore within ten years. Wasn't Baltimore a once thriving beautiful waterfront destination a one point? Now look at it. Day is doing the same dumbass shit here

    1. Can’t keep them filled because the rent is more than a mortgage!

    2. Doesn't surprise me that Rinnier sold out to section 8. What a loser in Fruitland Rowen's Mill. He lived there and moved out - afraid of his neighbors because the lied to them.

  14. He lives in a waterfront home in the city.

    1. His father bought him a duplex home on Terrie court. It's nothing spectacular and he has some awesome views of the wastewater substitution across the road

    2. Who wrote 6:18 Jake😂🤔

    3. It was meant to be sarcastic. His home is literally a duplex though on the river it's reeks of S*** quite a bit because of the substitution. What part of that couldn't you comprehend??

  17. Saw they had a big deal about high rise...guess they didnt see county council meeting where they discussed floor buckling up at health office they added an upper floor to that building that probably caused pressure below to push up. What do you think will hOpen when this building adds floors

I work, and I don't need to go because I don't live in the city. I just find all the keyboard warriors humorous. You all talk a good game, let's see who can walk the walk.
#1-if it was that important to you, take an hour off and go tell Jake to his face what you all say here.
#2-How about all the retired folks who get on here and whine. Surely a couple of you could show up?
