Covington Catholic High School teen suing Washington Post for $250 million

Covington Catholic High School student Nicholas Sandmann is defending his character once again.

In a new lawsuit, filed in Kentucky, he accuses the Washington Post of engaging in a “modern-day form of McCarthyism.”

“My position was that I was not disrespectful to Mr. Phillips,” Sandmann said in an interview with the "Today Show" in January.

A video, featuring Sandmann, went viral last month when he stood in front of Native American elder Nathan Phillips.

  1. Is there any reason why he shouldn't win the case?
Maybe this is the crack in the MSM armor.

  2. It is about time the media pay for their BS. Hope he can win and put the Post out of business - that would be a great day for America.

  3. To me, the kid had an uncomfortable/scared look on his face. But what do I know? I'm just an old, white male (aka "racist").

    1. I agree. I tend to look like that when uncomfortable/adrenaline/scared

  4. Good! The Post never got over itself after Watergate. Good for them on that one, but the left became their sacred cow after that. This little suit won't bring them down, but hopefully it's the start of it.

  6. Best Wishes, Nicholas with this suit, and with suits against the rest of the haters who piled on you for being with your group touring DC.

    Liked your choice of headgear!

  8. I hope he gets every dime, then sues the rest of the a$$holes that spread their filth-other media outlets, and the "Hollywood elite" (aka self important two-bit actors etc)

  9. I hope he gets every penny for how the Dems and those so called stupid women of power go to such extremes to attack a US Student and degrade and defile his life and his parents through this. I hope he comes out of this wealthy enough to pursue any future he wants, and pray that he does good things with the money like go to law school and become a lawyer. God knows the country is behind him.

  10. But some poor innocent schmuck seeks millions for getting his dome caved in by an overzealous officer and you all condemn him as greedy. Hypocrites
