  4. Regardless, the crime rate is low there....hmmm....wonder why that is??? Could Ocean Pines be well Policed? Could the tax rate be high? Could real estate be high? Gee, I wonder why all of the named cities on this list are so low on the crime scale....no section 8 housing?
