SUBJECT LOCATED Narrative: On 10/21/2018 @ 0939 hrs Michael Foskey was located unharmed by Worcester County Sheriff’s office in the area of Swordfish Dr Ocean City Md. After being transported to the MSP Salisbury Barrack, he was returned to his mother. Please cancel all Lookouts.

Why is Salisbury Barrack handling this? He was last seen and disappeared from OCEAN CITY. This is an OCPD case.
