  7. Probably not her first time for craziness, she had the gun with her, must be concealing and carrying. More crazies outside then inside the prisons, just saying.

  8. 10:51 AM what's the point of having an empty gun?

Dude crying that he felt threatened no doubt, but apparently so did she and if she was alone and he was aggressive I would side with her.

  9. There maybe a good reason the lady met her ex tenant with a loaded hand gun. It may be that she thought he would be angry at being an EX TENANT. The fact is, she might have been afraid of him.

  10. In Delaware if you pull your gun you must use it. Can't threaten, can't fire warning shot. She should have used it.

  11. I bet the story is different when it gets to court, or if it gets to court.

  12. She told him to leave. He didn't. She called the cops. He started walking towards her after she told him to leave. She pulled her gun and told him if he took another step, she would shoot him. He feared for his life, and rightfully so. She feared for hers. Cops show up and arrest HER! Go figure. What was she supposed to do, fight him off physically until the cops got there? Boy, cops don't like anybody with a gun, legal or not, unless it is another cop.
