ReplyDeleteThat depends on where they were driving. Rt. 13 at 4pm in trafficis significantly different than a country back road at 1am with no other vehicles.
ReplyDeleteOnly 9 in the whole month? Not a very good job in an area where a car dealer and a police chief were drunk driving every time they got behind the wheel.
