  9. Maybe a stupid question. Where is the bike supposed to be? How is this cockamamie program (waste of taxpayer funds) supposed to work?

  10. Is it true?? To rent the bike you must use a credit card to unlock? Is the cost really $1.00 for 30 minutes? If this is true some card is charged???

  12. I heard that Jake Day fired Susan Phillips who was in charge of the Neighborhood Services and Code Compliance department and then replaced her with the city police officer Everett Howard. WTH is going on in the city?

Wasn't Everett Howard one of the most hated officers at the Salisbury Police Department? What qualifications does he have to be a department head in code compliance?

Exactly! That Salisbury Fire Boat the S.S. Hoppes has never ever been dispatched for service. That abortion was the brain child of Rick Hoppes. Thank God he is gone, but I'm hearing that Jake Day has already got the job to be the next fire chief. Another worthless POS in the Salisbury Fire Department.
