    There should be serious consequences for everyone in the care continuum for this patient who were even remotely aware of this plan and its execution.

    Wonder what she'll write on her Patient Satisfaction survey form?

    Why in the hell can't anyone answer a question yes or no ? This country is at the bottom .
    First of all this guy should be fired , human resource should be fired , the people who wheeled her out should be fired . No need to have anymore meetings , simple solution , it would never happen again. The people who wheeled her out were criminally negligent .
