WCSO Official Press Release On Monica Snee

Incident: Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute
Date of Incident: 14 November 2017
Location: South Schumaker Drive, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Monica W. Snee, 51, Salisbury, MD

Narrative: On 14 November 2017 an ongoing investigation into the distribution of controlled dangerous substances by an individual employed as a teacher with the Wicomico County School System culminated with her arrest.

Back in October, investigators with the Sheriff’s Office identified Monica Snee as the target of this investigation into the distribution of both heroin and prescription medications. Throughout the investigation, it was gleaned that Snee was involved with these illicit sales at several locations throughout Wicomico County including the grounds of Parkside High School where she was employed.

On 14 November 2017 just before 3:00 PM, deputies armed with a search and seizure warrant for Snee’s vehicle stopped her as she drove off of school grounds. During the ensuing search of her vehicle the deputies recovered over 100 capsules containing what was identified as heroin. Further search of the vehicle also revealed hundreds of oxycodone pills and a small amount of suboxone strips. Snee did not have a prescription of either the oxycodone or the suboxone nor were they in a proper prescription container.

Snee was also found to be in possession of almost $3,000.00 in cash along with a supply of empty plastic baggies.

Based on the amount of drugs seized they appeared destined for distribution by Snee.

Snee was transported to the Sheriff’s Office where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Snee in the Detention Center pending a bond review in front of a District Court Judge the following day. During that bond review her bond was set at $50,000.00.

* Possession of Heroin
* Possession of Heroin with the Intent to Distribute

  1. Who in their right mind sells drugs on school property? And to whom, is the bigger question.

  2. The bigger question is why in hell was she teaching????? Look her up! Trust me she will not serve one day in jail, will get unsupervised probation a small fine. The wicomico county boe needs to hang their heads in shame. you cannot convince me she wasn't selling to students.

  3. What a POS. I hope this druggy rank skank spends the rest of her life locked away behind bars. She deserves to never walk free ever again. I wonder how many kids she got hooked by selling them drugs. If she gets out on bail she should just go and kill herself. She has proven she is nothing but garbage.

  4. I can't believe this. I wonder too if she was selling to the students. Regardless she needs to be reduced to nothing more then a # in the state prison system until she rots away.

  14. Once again trouble in Salisbury, I've been a resident for the last two years and can almost say I'm ashamed to live here!! not to mention the shenanigans I've heard about what goes on daily at Parkside high would make my Mother cringe!! Then you hear about the ignorance in people from the anthem, statues, kneeling, does anyone read the history of this great country? Being a veteran living in this city makes me ashamed!! MY HOMETOWN OF ATLANTIC CITY sounds better to me all the time, not to mention a lower crime rate and and a city with pride and less ignorance and a south Jersey school district that would put Salisbury to shame!!

  15. 5:17, 20 years minimum for the drug distribution and a mandatory additional 20 years for selling in a school district. At least 40 years.

  18. 6:46 That's what the books say. Reality is different. This will go away quietly as it makes the entire area reek of the cesspool that it truly has become.

  19. 40 years and $50,000 bond when she had $3,000 of drug money in her possession. Bet she is on paid leave too. This teacher should have a $5million dollar bond and unpaid leave. She is a piranha on society while the board of education is sending her our children.

    1. She can post 2500.00 and be out on bail. About 2.5 percent of the 5000 needed.

  20. OMG. You have got to be kidding 7:45. Piranha? You people are so funny it is actually sad. Pariah is the correct word, not piranha. Kudos for spelling it correctly.

  21. IMMEDIATELY drug test EVERY TEACHER AND STAFF MEMBER. Don't let anyone let that crap wash out of their system. Do it TOMORROW.
If they call in sick, or avoid the test, go to their house RIGHT NOW and get a sample. Refuse it and be fired without recourse.
Who was she selling HUNDREDS of percoset tablets to???? kids with a part time job or with no money at all??? Hell no.
    And $3000 in cash?
If Parkside kids have that much money, they may not need an education.
This is probably like an iceberg.....just a little bit is seen, but there is MUCH more to BE seen.

  22. It seems that school has been in the news a lot lately. Is she the only one doing this type of thing there? No one in that school noticed anything? Or did they and this is the result? What about other schools in the area? Do they have the same or similar problems? She must have felt pretty confident to bring those drugs onto school property.

UMMM!! What part of this statement don't you understand!

"During the ensuing search of her vehicle the deputies recovered over 100 capsules containing what was identified as heroin. Further search of the vehicle also revealed hundreds of oxycodone pills and a small amount of suboxone strips. Snee did not have a prescription of either the oxycodone or the suboxone nor were they in a proper prescription container."

Sounds to me she was caught red handed!

    1. Right!! Thank you. I might even be more for her rights if it was found in her home not in her vehicle as a relative could been guilty of it, but she is transporting it.

    2. Until proven guilty? Sounds like you just fell off the cabbage truck!! Did you even graduate from school? Your ignorance is just proof of this epidemic that runs rapid in the world!!!

  27. So let's think about this.

Last year Parkside High School had multiple fights, black on white crime. Blacks found with guns in their possession. Gang activity. A high school sophmore arrested and still jailed for raping a mentally challenged family member. Gang activity. Horrible teachers, piss poor coaching. This year on top of everything above there was a teen suicide last week due to pressure from black thugs picking on this child.

Not to long ago there was a black on white rape right in the hallways of Parkside High School.

Have I missed anything? Please feel free to add to this list.

All this under the watch of Kimberly Pinhey, Principal!

Time for a change at that school.

    1. I hear about the repulsive accounts at that school all the time, the lack of a chain of command that was broke along time ago. The thugs that run the school that have no respect for anyone and are pushed through to graduate and can't even read!! It stems from the teachers all the way up to a non shelant principal who seems to look the other way and people praise her!! C'mon give me a break!!

  28. Drug test all the teachers now! You honestly think she was only selling to students? Really? Probably why her bail was so low, more to come...

  29. Well how ironic!! A big to do about an alumni that sells out the majority of society to line his pockets of pharmaceutical management and his own only to have karma hit home. These drugs weren't from eli lily and azar's friends were they, lmfao

    ReplyDelete
  30. first off the unions won't go for drug testing their addicts. secondly what do you expect from a ghetto like salisbury? this place is a sh!thole and every day the local schools, government, media prove this point to the world!

  32. Absolutely right!! How about some good news for a change?? I'm tired of hearing about the thugs who run the Salisbury schools, the rapes, the drug accounts, the thieves etc. The lousy teachers etc. Pull some pride out of your pockets and wear on your hearts!!!
