    They are checked into ECI and when it is time to check out they are turned lose here not back to the judicial area which sent them here. So here they set up camp and home base!

    It was actually a really nice guy who is a father of 2 beautiful children and he was shot while trying to feed his son while with a family member so for all you rude people blaming it on them being criminals you are wrong and extreamly disrespectful to the people going through the pain of possibly losing a man who is a friend, and father, a lover, a son, and has a good head on his shoulders

    Hey, the family and significant others are already here and they've found that the lines at social services are a lot shorter and the cost of living is much lower. No jobs? No problem, the government's got us covered.
    ECI is an ugly tumor that has metastasized all over the lower shore.
