Flag Status Alert: United States Flag and Maryland Flag For 9-11-17


President Donald J. Trump has ordered the United States Flag to be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset, Monday, September 11, 2017 in honor of Patriot Day.

This commemorates the individuals that lost their lives as a result of the terrorist attacks against the United States on September 11, 2001. As a matter of protocol, the Maryland flag is lowered to half-staff as well, no flag may be higher than the United States flag.

    This flag lowering has to stop, it is offensive to Muslims here in our country.
    We all know if something offends the few, the many must suffer, and give in to them.

    That is correct 1105 PM!! It might cause some patriotic Americans question their Muslim neighbors' patriotism! I know that I do, that is, if I had Muslim neighbors.
