ReplyDeleteYou were lucky to get away, probably was a cop. This is how our police force is fighting crime today.... Female cop undercover offers sex to a "John" and if he stays there to talk to her instead of running away at top speed the handcuffs are applied and he is charged with solicitation. The theory is to scare the "Johns" away from prostitution and that will solve the problem.

Pr Anne had "ladies" sitting on bench in front of Library for a while, offering their favors, I remember reading. Then they moved over to the Post Office. Haven't heard where their ventures have taken them now. It happens everywhere so I'm shocked that the person is in disbelief.

ReplyDeleteActually observed at the Wico Health Dept.: Female drives up to door in a NEW car with 3 "young" males in the car, males go into Health Dept (separately) and come out with FREE condoms clenched in their hands, get in the car and drive away. American free enterprise at it's finest or prostitution???? Is it proper for the Health Dept to encourage prostitution in the name of preventing disease? I say YES... Who agrees??. But why do the Police turn a blind eye to these "leads"? Appears to me the driving force behind law enforcement is collecting money.

What exactly are you guys doing to reach all of these lost souls out here in Salisbury's streets being consumed by the heroin, prostitution epidemic visible apparently by all citizens these days. Why do you all go around boasting and bragging about the protected little (literally)1-2% you guys are actually involved with, and those are mostly people of middle to upper class status. You project and live by an attitude and image that you are above and better than what the rest of us have to deal with that you continue to deny exists.
