ReplyDeleteA step father's love is as real as a father's love. God bless them both.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. My husband was adopted by his step-father at the age of 55. His biological father passed away a year prior. His step-father legally became his Dad at the age of 94, just 4 months before his passing. Step-fathers often save a child from a difficult childhood and make a difference in who that child becomes. This was my husband's case and he was very grateful that his step-father showed him the love his biological father was incapable of.
