The third vehicle involved in the crash was driven by Anthony Stanley, 59 of Bowie. Stanley was driving a 2016 Nissan 350-Z, which sustained minor damage. He was uninjured in the crash.

Shortly before 1:30 p.m. today, troopers from the Annapolis barrack responded to multiple calls reporting a vehicle traveling in the wrong direction on Rt. 50 at Route 2, in Annapolis. As troopers dispatched, additional calls were received reporting the crash. Arriving troopers found fire and rescue personnel on the scene attending to the victim, who was pronounced deceased on the scene.

As of 4:00 p.m., troopers were still on the scene conducting the investigation and obtaining information. The preliminary information indicates that Murphy was driving westbound in the eastbound lanes of Route 50, approximately one-quarter mile east of the Severn River Bridge when the crash occurred. It is unknown where Murphy initially entered onto Route 50 at this time.

Murphy’s vehicle crashed head-on with the Mercedes SUV, which came to rest on the side of the highway in a wooded area. The driver was trapped inside the vehicle. I'm liking how this person is transmitting gossip all the way from Anne Arundel County without being on the scene. The dead person must have texted them the info.

Then they follow up with "Prayers to her family and for the innocent child fighting for his life" Bullsh!t as if no one would notice their stupid comment!

If this Piece of Sh!t had any real compassion this would have been the only comment worth posting "Prayers to her family and for the innocent child fighting for his life."

    2. No one know what happened yet so do not make assumptions. And please keep in mind that her family may read this so keep hurtful comments to yourself.

  9. Poor girl had problems for years. Mental and substance. It's a shame someone else had to die at her hands. Thankfully her baby should be alright.

    1. Pure ignorance. You don't know what the girl is as going through. Regardless of her past. That's irrelevant.

    2. Not irrelevant if she was on a death wish. Obviously know way more than you.

    3. It's still intentional. She killed another person. No different than a Muslim isis guy running his car into a crowd. She was on that level. Just because she was young, white, and pretty she can do no wrong.,
