Muslim man sues Little Caesars, claiming 'halal' was a lie in Dearborn
A Muslim man is suing Little Caesars for $100 million after he says he was served and then accidentally ate pepperoni made with pork, a food prohibited by Islamic law.
The complaint says Mohamad Bazzi of Dearborn ordered halal pizza twice from the shop on Schaefer in Dearborn. The boxes were labeled "halal," but the pies inside were topped with regular pepperoni.
Majed Moughni, Bazzi's attorney, said he rushed to file the lawsuit Thursday, the eve of Ramadan, so no other Muslims would accidentally eat pork from the pizza shop during the holiday.
If he moved to Somerset County he would find land of the bounty. Thanks to EDC director Danny Thompson. Where now we have certified Islamic Poultry (only slaughtered by a Muslim while uttering praise Allah) and an education system that has 126 Muslim students. Oh yeah, and the first Mosque on the Eastern Shore is being constructed in Princess Anne purchased with cigarette smuggling monies that the FBI knows about but does nothing to stop!
Little cezars is at fault. They should not advertise what they can not deliver. They are stupid for advertising hilal. They should be forced to give his money back for the pizza they messed up.
Filing a lawsuit for pizza ? It's all about the money these ungrateful foreigners go after. How about I sue all the Asian restaurants that put fake lobster meat in their seafood entries ?
It's quite simple, he should leave the United States and return to a country where Muslims belong.
