Senate GOP votes to keep earmark ban

Senate Republicans on Tuesday voted to keep the earmark ban in place for the 115th Congress.

According to Sen. Bill Cassidy, R-La., everyone supported the decision, which was voted on in a closed-door GOP meeting.
