  3. This is all good to recognize these people. I do have a request that has been ignored for a few years : we don't have anyone to enforce the rules at the parks , roaring point is the worse. In the near future we do need the Park police again. The parks have become a haven for drugs and drinking , some of these people that have been recognized are liberal democrats and do not care about enforcement , Mr. Cunningham is the leader of the anti-enforcement.

    1. Maybe the county sheriff could address the problem at Roaring Point.

No we don't need the "park police." I shot it down once already and I will fight to keep it shot down. We have the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office that police our parks. Real police and not those clowns that we got rid of already. Why do I get the feeling that you are one of them???

  5. The problem I have with this is that a big event is made out of this and only a couple of people nominate and worse than that only a couple of people vote. WTH!!

Not fair and a waste of time and money. `

  7. There were never any major problems at the parks on the Westside (Roaring Point/Cove/Tyaskin) until the county decided to publicize and advertise them. As their website states, the areas were enjoyed by the locals for their beauty, fishing and peacefulness. No longer now that everyone from Salisbury and the rest of the county bring their trash, rap music, fights, drugs and problems to what were nice parks. Locals don't go there anymore. It is a shame.
