Location: Market Street, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Kevin Scott Marshall, 27, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 2 December 2016 at 2:08 AM a deputy stopped a vehicle operated by Kevin Marshall after the deputy observed Marshall operating his vehicle erratically.
