There will be Off-Duty Deputy Sheriff's during The Holiday Season at Walmart and Tanger Outlets . I want all of our County Residents and Visitors to know that we will do everything possible to make your shopping a safe one. This service is being paid by these two business, with no expense to our taxpayers. Regular patrols will be checking other businesses as well . My job as Your Sheriff, is to see that you are safe as possible and this is just one way I feel we can make 2016 a safe and enjoyable time to close out the year.
