    Just think people. For every annexation you get to pay city and county taxes. Only an idiot would agree to do that.

    Resolution to provide a Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) For Green Street Housing – Mayor Day

    Do you people know what a PILOT is? It means these people are going to have other taxpayers pay their taxes for them.
