Clinton answers written questions under penalty of perjury in email lawsuit

Hillary Clinton submitted formal answers under penalty of perjury on Thursday about her use of a private email server, saying 20 times that she did not recall the requested information or related discussions, while also asserting that no one ever warned her that the practice could run afoul of laws on preserving federal records.

"Secretary Clinton states that she does not recall being advised, cautioned, or warned, she does not recall that it was ever suggested to her, and she does not recall participating in any communication, conversation, or meeting in which it was discussed that her use of a clintonemail.com e-mail account to conduct official State Department business conflicted with or violated federal recordkeeping laws," lawyers for Clinton wrote.

Clinton also said she could not recall ever being warned about any hacking or attempted hacking of her private account or server.

Clinton signed the legal filing Monday "under penalty of perjury." The submission was ordered by a federal judge in connection with a Freedom of Information Action lawsuit filed by the conservative group Judicial Watch.

  1. This is almost comical. When has penalty of perjury ever scared Hillary Clinton? She'd lie to God if it meant she could skate for her crimes.

  2. By Clinton's own admission she can't remember why are we, the public suppose to believe she will or even can remember how to govern IF she is elected to the highest office in the land? I find the fact she can't remember much for concerning and she would most certainly be a danger to this country and would not be able to keep the United States protected under any circumstance.

How are we suppose to believe she remembers how to form policies, follow procedures, establish budgets, chief of the armed services??

How are we suppose to believe she can remember who she talks to and who she meets?

How are we suppose to believe she remembers who the nation's enemies are and who are our allies????

Are we suppose to put our lives in the hands of someone like her who can't remember anything? Or, are we suppose to turn our lives over to the band of thugs she has working as "her team" to conjure up lies to cover up everything she does???

This is totally out of hand. She, by her own words, clearly has told the public she can not be depended upon nor trusted to REMEMBER TO DO THE RIGHT THINGS WHILE IN OFFICE.

Personally, I do not feel safe, nor do I trust Hillary Clinton and the corrupt people that work for and with her. The have proven themselves time after time to be liars and cheats and in many cases much worse.

  3. Her sworn, written replies, to the interrogatories are merely artfully constructed lies and evasions of the truth, composed with the help of high-priced legal counsel.

As noted in another comment, after decades of practice lying by a Clinton is a natural part of daily life, like breathing is to you and me.

  4. She as a lawyer claiming to be ignorant of the laws as her defense should tell you all you need to know about her competence.
