We told them that they shouldn't build there, but did they listen? Nope!
Man that's crazy,never in 50 years seen that.
I was always against opening Canal Park Drive to the development behind it, but perhaps it is time to rethink opening up the road !!!

Hope they have flood insurance. Mortgage companies typically err on the side of caution to protect THEIR interest.
