    As a 66 year old with no kids in school. I read on here that the schools in Wicomico was delayed due to fog. Am I wrong or are schools opened now or not? Sorry for not understanding. (map)

    2:15, Considering I was the closest photographer to the Governor, kneeling was the most respectful thing I could do in order to allow all the Press that was behind me to get clean images and videos.

    2:54, the delay was only 1 hour this morning. The fog in Wicomico County was really bad and they made the right decision. As for this Executive Order, it will start in 2017.

    joe: do you think delmar will change since their schools share buses between states? will they extend the school day to compensate or make them attend in the summer for longer?

    I think Delaware's Governor would be a complete fool if he doesn't follow what Hogan signed today. There's plenty of time to make changes in Delaware.
