  2. So , what's the bond ---are they
    still jail or been released----Tthe
charges against them amount to how
much possible jail time & money to
    the County??????
Is there anyway to find that out??

    Have they arrested David Fitzgearld
for not doing anything when it was
    reported to him ??

  4. Someone should make them live in the conditions the puppies had to live in for 9 years - same fate they exacted on little dogs. Horrific people.

  5. No plea deals! They need to face a judge or jury on all 84 counts and not be able to plea guilty to a couple and drop the rest!

  7. This will cost the County money if it's
    taken all the way----with Fitzgerald
    included !
Doubt you'll see it happen ,but the
people of this County should be en-
raged if it's not taken as far as
    what our Laws now state.
    Actually these people were suppose
to be licensed by OUR COUNTY!!!
    Remember people-----they were known
to be here!!! Oh yeah! that's another
    strike against Fitzgearld.

  8. I heard $49,000 is the bail . Trial is in Sept. They could get 20 yrs. They need to be left in jail to rot. David Fitzsgerald needs to be held accountable!!!!!!! Aaron Balsomo, the new director and his wife are wonderful people who truly love animals. Thank you Aaron for stepping up to the plate 3wks. After you starting working at the humane society and saving these poor defenseless dogs. Not only did Aaron investigate he spent all day helping remove the dogs from these horrendous conditions . This county is blessed to have someone like you who is in this job for the right reasons. Sincere thanks from all the doggies and animal lovers !
